Frequently Asked Questions

Sadakatim is a loyalty platform that digitalises the user-dealer-manager triangle in construction materials and similar industries. QR based point earning, mobile quote creation, dealer performance tracking and campaign management are offered under one roof.

After the demo, setup is usually completed within 1-3 business days. You can bulk upload your dealers and products with Excel. No technical knowledge is required.

The user signs in to the mobile panel from a web browser. They earn points by scanning a QR, create a material quote and send it as a PDF over WhatsApp or SMS. The location is captured automatically.

A dedicated QR code is defined for each product or product group. The QR codes are printed and added to the product packaging. When the user scans one with their phone the system adds the points automatically and marks the QR as single use.

The manager defines the location of the dealers and sets a radius in metres. A dealer cannot scan a QR while inside that area — this is an automatic security layer that prevents misuse.

You can work with 1 dealer on the starter plan. There is no limit on the Enterprise plan — hundreds of dealers and thousands of users are supported.
